In the fall of 2022, investors of the real estate project Slunečná & Slovanka in God´s Gift (Boží Dar) approached us, expressing their desire to ensure complete marketing. Right from the beginning, we had their full trust and, most importantly, a free rein, so we were essentially unrestricted. We built everything around the main idea of the project, which sees Slunečná & Slovanka properties as family silver to be passed on to future generations. That is why we worked with the real history of the buildings and focused primarily on emotions. We materialized that into a mood video for which we prepared a script and handled the production side as well.
Furthermore, we created the graphic identity of the project, designed the website, and prepared all printed materials. We also took care of PR and media buying.
